A STAR NDT & INSPECTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Graduate Engineer with 3-6 years of relevant experience to lead and coordinate in-service inspections for process piping and static equipment in oil & gas facilities.

You will review inspection histories, plan and execute risk-based monitoring programs, and ensure compliance with codes and project specifications while liaising with teams on site. This role requires independence, strong English communication, and a 24-month commitment.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineers with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Refinery and Oil & Gas.
• Knowledge/experience in welding inspection, structural fabrication, piping Isometric drawing and piping materials.
• Work independently and can work in Singapore and other countries.
• Fluent reading, speaking and writing in English.
• Willing to commit 24 months contract/project completion.

Responsabilités

• Review the inspection history to summarize the integrity status of plant equipment and piping systems.
• Perform the scoping work and prepare the job pack for process piping and in-service equipment based on engineering assessment and annual inspection plan.
• Plan and carry out fixed equipment/piping inspection via on-stream risk-based monitoring programs and downtime inspection activities including CUI and CUP on process piping and equipment.
• Identify areas of special concern and deterioration (e.g. Dead legs, injection points, mix points, CUI, CUP).
• Supervise and coordinate on-stream and shutdown inspection for static equipment and in-service piping.
• Review inspection test plans, WPS and method statements for in-service repair work of piping and pressure vessels.

JobDescription & Requirements

Review theinspection history to summarizethe integrity status of the plant equipment andpiping systems.

• Perform thescoping work and prepare thejob pack for process piping and in-serviceequipment based on engineeringassessment and annual inspection plan.

• Supervisionand coordination of allon-stream and shutdown inspection and activities forstatic equipment andin-service process piping.
• Review ofinspection test plan, WPS andmethod statement for any in-service repair work ofpiping and pressure vessels.
• Witnessingof PT, MPI, PMI,metallographic tube testing and Hydro static test for statutoryequipment.
• Providerecommendations and timelyupdates on equipment degradation problems.
• Providequality assurance on projectconstruction and maintenance works to ensurecompliance with applicable codes,standards and specifications.
• Preparationof final inspection reportswith all findings, abnormalities andrecommendations.
• Ensurequality of inspected items to meetproject requirements and standards.
• Inserviceinspections in refineries / Oiland Gas / Petrochemical industries, such ascorrosion under pipe support(CUPS), corrosion under insulation (CUI), Injection& Mix pointsinspections.
• Read,understand project related ITP,procedures, specification requirements.
• Reviewdocuments and drawings as perspecification Knowledge / experience aboutPiping Isometrics, P & ID,general arrangement drawings, Structuraldrawings, Weld Maps, welding symbols,Cutting Plans, Quality control procedures,Base Materials, and weldingconsumables.
• Inspection,review of mill certificates,Material verification, Inspection of Pipes,Fittings, Flanges, valves, nipples,plate tubes as per respective materialsspecifications, Codes, Standards &Client Specifications. Inspection /Witness & Review Stage wise activitiesearlier stage of spool fabrication
• Knowledgein welding inspection

EligibilityCriteria

• GraduateEngineers with 3-6 years ofrelevant experience.
• RelevantEngineering Degree or Diploma inMechanical, Petroleum/Oil/Gas, Civil, Chemicalor Industrial Engineering areacceptable.
• Experiencein Refinery and Oil & Gasmust
• Knowledge/experience in weldinginspection, structural fabrication, pipingIsometric drawing and pipingmaterials.
• WorkIndependently and can work inSingapore and other countries.
