Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Contract Buyer (Procurement/Raw Materials) for a Medical Device MNC in Changi. The 12‑month contract offers renewal or conversion potential with a salary of SGD 4,500–6,000 per month.

Responsibilities include purchasing raw materials, preparing POs, negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory, and coordinating with production, logistics and quality teams. Occasional evening calls with overseas stakeholders are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on procurement / buying experience is required.
• Strong experience in supplier and vendor management.
• Manufacturing / raw material procurement experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage purchasing of raw materials and manufacturing supplies.
• Prepare purchase orders, quotations and procurement documentation.
• Manage suppliers, negotiate pricing and ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, material shortages and outstanding orders.
• Coordinate with production, logistics and quality teams.
• Analyse purchasing data and support cost-saving initiatives.
