Job summary

Certis in Singapore seeks an experienced leader to supervise ranges in MMRC, drive KPI attainment for test packages and Soldier Satisfaction, and enforce strict safety and security procedures. The role requires establishing a strong safety culture and ensuring timely administrative reporting, under the guidance of the immediate supervisor.

Ideal candidates are Ex-SAF officers of Captain rank or above, or Master Warrant Officer, with weapon handling, AOMs, and army safety management expertise,

• Possess good spoken & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• To lead a team and supervise ranges in MMRC to attain KPIs.
• To achieve KPIs for Passing and Marksmanship for test packages.
• To achieve Soldier Satisfaction Survey KPIs.
• To ensure range conduct, safety and security procedures.
• To foster a strong safety culture through After-Action-Reviews.
