Job summary

Certis, based at the Multi Mission Range Complex (MMRC) in Singapore, seeks a Range Second-in-Command to support the Range Supervising Officer in conducting live-fire ranges safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• Supervisory, training or operational experience in security or military contexts.
• Experience conducting live-firing ranges.
• Knowledge of SAF Authorised Operating Materials (AOMs) and Army Safety Management.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and conduct range briefings.
• Assist the Range Supervising Officer to run ranges per procedures and orders.
• Perform pre-range systems checks and end-range ammunition accounting.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and range security checks.
• Uphold safety culture and undertake other duties as required.
