Job summary

A major airport services provider in Singapore seeks a Supervisor / Senior Supervisor to manage ramp operations and oversee deployment of manpower and equipment. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of ramp handling experience, leadership skills, and a valid LTA Class 3 License. Key responsibilities include planning manpower deployment, ensuring equipment readiness, and ensuring safety procedures are followed during flight operations.

Qualifications

  • 2 years’ experience in ramp handling.
  • 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 License.

Responsibilities

  • Plan & deploy manpower and equipment to service flights.
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety and health policies.
  • Prepare and verify ASR/TSR after each flight.

Overview

Summary The Supervisor / Senior Supervisor is responsible for managing, controlling and be responsible for the Ramp aspect of flight handling & deployment of manpower and equipment to service Apron Operations Areas.

Responsibilities
  • Plan & deploy manpower and equipment to service flights
  • Maintain all apron equipment in a prepared state of readiness for operations
  • Maintain & update flight schedule, operators’ requirements, equipment status and manpower status in Control Room
  • Brief ramp staff before arrival of flight on requirements and services
  • Attend to flight handling and ensure safety and security procedures are adhered to around parked aircraft
  • Pushback of aircraft after Captain gets clearance from Changi Airport Group (CAG) Apron Control
  • Prepare and verify Airport Surveillance Radar (ASR) / Technical Service Report (TSR) after each flight
  • Responsible for the discipline of subordinates assigned to him
  • Ensure compliance with all workplace safety, security, and health policies and procedures
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager or department head
Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Must possess minimum LTA Class 3 License
