Job summary

INFINITE COMPUTER SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking a Project Engineer to lead site installation, testing and commissioning for rail E&M projects in Singapore. You will review submissions, liaise with contractors, and drive progress to ensure on-time delivery across interfaces.

The role requires 3+ years in rail E&M projects, strong English communication, and ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts when needed. Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

Recognised diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer, Network, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
At least 3 years in project coordination, site installation, testing and commissioning of rail E&M system, communications network or fibre optic infrastructure in Singapore transit environment.
Familiarity with Permit-to-Work (PTW), Mod Approval, engineering access procedures and stakeholder coordination in railway environments would be an advantage.
Be expected to perform night work or engineering-hours work where required.

Responsibilities

Review project related submissions (specification, drawing, test procedure and method statement) to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Supervise on-site installation, testing and commissioning, interfacing matters, integration testing, punch list/defect work, and handover activity.
Coordinate with project team, contractors and stakeholders to resolve site issues and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Monitor project schedule, update and report progress to meet timelines.
Attend project meetings to ensure project delivery is on track.
