Hitachi Rail Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a student in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering to join our Administration & Facilities team on a hybrid, full-time basis.

You will assist in producing wiring diagrams, scheme plans and hardware design documentation, and review components while maintaining the Bill of Materials. Occasional site visits may be required to support field testing and resolve design issues.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Shows a positive learning attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist in production of wiring diagrams, scheme plans, control tables, I/O bitmaps, block designs.
• Review and propose hardware components; maintain Bill of Materials.
• Produce hardware design documentation including system requirements.
• Ensure design documents are issued and controlled per company processes.
• Analyze site testing results and support problem solving for design/test issues; may visit sites.
• Present and defend technical solutions to peers or customers.
