Job summary

SMRT Trains Ltd in Singapore invites applications for Train Service Controller roles across Train Control, Station Control and Depot Control. You will assist the Chief Controller to regulate mainline services, coordinate with station staff, manage track access and supervise train movements within depots to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline preferably with engineering background or other qualifications with more than 3 years railway experience.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency to operate computer systems and information platforms.

Responsibilities

• Regulate mainline revenue train service and ensure safety and reliability.
• Coordinate with Station staff to provide accurate information to commuters.
• Manage track access and train movements within Depot Operations Centre.
• Communicate effectively with duty staff and report faults to Chief Controller.
