Job summary

MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Radiographer to perform diagnostic imaging exams in compliance with SOPs and safety standards. You will ensure patient safety, accurate imaging, and proper documentation while upholding radiation safety practices.

Candidates with Ultrasound, Bone Densitometry, and Mammography experience are preferred. Strong customer service and proficiency in MS Office and PACS are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Diploma in Radiography from a recognized institution.
• Registered with local or overseas professional bodies.
• Minimum 2 years of radiography diagnostic imaging experience.
• Experience in Ultrasound, BMD, Mammography preferred.
• Senior roles for modality management experience considered.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of PACS system.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging exams per hospital SOPs and safety standards.

Job Scopes

• Perform various diagnostic imaging examinations according to hospital SOPs and safety standards.


• Ensure correct patient identification, examination accuracy, image quality and proper documentation.


• Explain procedures to patients and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the examination.


• Follow radiation safety protocols to minimise unnecessary radiation exposure.


• Conduct daily equipment QA checks and ensure imaging equipment is functioning properly.


• Use PACS for imaging-related work.


• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor in Applied Science (Radiography) or Diploma in Radiography from recognized institutions.


• Member of professional institutions, local or overseas.


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Radiographer in diagnostic imaging facility.


• Experience in sub-specialties preferred as in Ultrasound, Bone Mineral Densitometry and Mammography.


• Those with previous experience in managing Modality areas will be considered for senior position.


• Good customer service, telephone and public relations skill.


• Proficient in MS Office applications – Words, Excel and Powerpoint.


• Working knowledge of PACS system.
