Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking Radiographers to join a public healthcare client in Singapore. The role offers 5.5 days office hours with opportunities for stable career progression within the Singapore public healthcare sector.

Responsibilities include performing radiographic exams, patient safety, equipment care, and assisting with QA and department projects while applying ALARA principles and maintaining a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Diagnostic Radiography.
• Experience in Mammography, Ultrasound or Bone Mineral Densitometry is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate, caring and friendly attitude.
• Able to work under pressure in a busy public healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform general radiographic examinations and/or at least one specialty area (mammography, ultrasound or bone densitometry).
• Ensure patient safety and welfare at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment; adhere to radiation safety and infection control procedures.
• Ensure proper usage and care for all diagnostic centre equipment.
• Contribute to ad-hoc quality improvement projects and departments tasks as assigned.
• Apply ALARA principles to all procedures.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the diagnostic centre.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service to external and internal customers.
• Support Radiographer-In-Charge to ensure quality control procedures are followed.

Job description

Our established client in the public healthcare sector is looking to hire Radiographers to join their growing team!

• 5.5 days office hours

• Stable career progression within Singapore public healthcare sector

• Annual AWS + PB (up to 4 months)

Responsibilities:

• Perform general radiographic examinations and/or at least one of the areas of specialty including mammography and/or ultrasound and/or Bone Mineral Densitometry.

• Responsible for the safety and welfare of the patient.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment; adhere to safe work practices especially in radiation safety and infection control.

• Ensure proper usage and care for all equipment at the specific diagnostic centre.

• Perform other administrative duties or ad-hoc quality departmental projects/activities as assigned by the reporting officer/ Lead Radiographer

• Apply the ALARA principle for all procedures.

• Responsible for general housekeeping of the allocated diagnostic centre.

• Render prompt and courteous service delivery to external and internal customers.

• Ensure efficient running and operations of their area of responsibility.

• Assist the Radiographer-In-Charge / Senior or Principal Radiographer to ensure quality control procedures are performed diligently.

Requirements

• Recognized degree in Diagnostic Radiography and Professional Licence.

• Experience in Mammography, Ultrasound and Sonography/Bone Mineral Densitometry will be an advantage.

• Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Have a compassionate, caring, and friendly attitude.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
