Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Digital Tax (Infrastructure) Intern to join our Tax services team. You will work with data and technology to turn complex information into actionable insights, supporting internal stakeholders and project teams.

The role involves analytics, data mining, predictive modelling, and contributing to Digital Tax solutions. We’re looking for students in computer science/IT, familiar with web development, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, .NET/C#, Java, and a strong

Qualifications

• Students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with web development concepts and exposure to SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python, .NET (preferred), C# and Java.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ideally able to commit for one year.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal stakeholders and project teams to understand business needs and translate data into insights.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and data mining to derive insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify opportunities for Digital Tax solutions and drive improvements.
• Assist in developing, testing, deploying and maintaining predictive applications to support outcomes.
• Apply data, analytics and models to inform risk mitigation while improving user experience.
• Support end-to-end delivery of Digital Tax projects by clarifying requirements and coordinating activities.
• Stay current with developments in tax technology and data analytics relevant to PwC’s Digital Tax services.
