RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. is seeking an R&D-focused professional to advance waste treatment and environmental technology initiatives at our Tuas site. The role emphasizes developing and optimizing processes, evaluating new solutions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a chemical/environmental background with experience in R&D, strong analytical and reporting skills, and a proactive approach to improving waste management and resource recovery.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience in R&D, process development, waste management, or environmental technology.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
Experience in waste treatment or industrial processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Conduct R&D on waste treatment and management processes.
Explore new technologies to improve waste processing efficiency.
Develop and optimize processes to reduce waste and improve resource recovery.
Conduct trials, experiments, and performance evaluations for new solutions.
Analyse data and prepare technical reports on R&D findings.
Troubleshoot process issues and recommend improvements.
Work with operations and engineering teams to implement new technologies.
Ensure R&D activities comply with environmental regulations and safety standards.
