Job summary

Shopee in Singapore is seeking a product leader to own the development lifecycle of business security products, from discovery through design, launch, and continuous optimization.

You will leverage security strategy, data, and AI to identify risks and craft high-impact features, partner with local and regional teams, and lead PMs to improve accuracy and efficiency of Shopee's intelligent risk decision platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Artificial Intelligence advantageous.
• At least 5 years of full-time product management experience.
• Prior team management experience preferred.
• Experienced in anti-fraud or other security-related product design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and data-driven decision-making mindsets.
• Strong verbal and written communication with technical and non-technical teams.
• Adaptable, open-minded, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the entire product development lifecycle for Shopee security products from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Combine security strategy, data, and AI capabilities to identify risk and craft high-impact solutions.
• Partner with local/regional ops and engineering to translate requirements into practical features.
• Lead a team of product managers to deliver new features for Shopee intelligent risk decision platform and improve accuracy and efficiency.
