Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and basic decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze operational issues.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, or Food Technology; minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a regulated environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to ensure GMP compliance and facilitate internal/external audits.
• Lead and maintain the APP GMP program, ensuring documentation and practices meet GMP requirements.
• Develop, revise and maintain SOPs for process equipment and workflows.
• Support investigations of safety and quality events including CAPA.
• Assist in timely manufacture of research prototypes and pilot-scale products.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Coordinate operational execution for pilot plant trials and scale-up activities.
• Support TRB activities with operational insights on formulation and development projects.
• Apply predictive models and AI-enabled tools to enhance understanding and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Contribute to EHS initiatives including MOC and MTZ activities.
• Assist with operational budget tracking and training coordination.
