Job summary

The role involves coordinating process development efforts, maintaining SOPs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable manufacturing readiness and product commercialization success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, Food Technology or related disciplines.
• Experience in manufacturing, pilot plant, process development, formulation development, or regulated environments is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with ability to prepare clear reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to ensure compliance with global quality standards, including audits and GMP walkthroughs.
• Lead and maintain the APP GMP program, ensuring documentation and operational practices meet GMP.
• Participate in risk assessments and assist with SOP development and maintenance.
• Support investigations of safety and quality events with CAPA.
• Assist in timely manufacture of research prototypes and pilot-scale products.
• Analyze process data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Coordinate pilot plant trials and scale-up activities for process robustness.
