Job summary

HP in Singapore is seeking an R&D Technician to join a multidisciplinary team of chemists, engineers and technicians. You will support dispersion formulation, ink development, material characterization and scale-up activities from lab to pilot scale, preparing formulations and operating lab equipment with meticulous data recording.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field.
• Typically 1–2+ years of lab, formulation, manufacturing, or product development experience.
• Fresh graduates with strong lab experience may be considered.
• Commitment to work instructions and procedures.
• Ability to manage workload under schedule pressures and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare formulations and operate laboratory equipment.
• Document data and maintain accurate lab notebooks.
• Troubleshoot experiments and support scale-up activities.
