Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of industrial R&D in pigment, dye or dispersion chemistry.
• Experience in ink formulation or wet chemistry.
• Ability to design multivariable DOE experiments.
• Proven leadership and mentoring across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispersion development programs from concept to manufacturing.
• Identify technologies and process innovations for competitive advantage.
