As a R&D dispersion chemist you will primary serve as a technical leader in pigment dispersion science and technology development. This role is responsible for innovation in dispersion formulation, solve complex formulation and scale-up problems at the intersection of pigment/dispersant chemistry, colloidal stabilization, process engineering, analytical interpretation, and ink performance. The successful candidate will help shape next-generation technologies for HP’s pigment ink portfolio, translating deep technical understanding into scalable, manufacturable, and competitive solutions. You will be expected to lead complex development programs, mentor chemists and collaborate with cross-functional partners including ink formulation, manufacturing, analytical and business teams to deliver competitive and scalable dispersion technologies.
Ph. D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field.
