Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Lab Technician (R&D) to support adhesive R&D efforts at our Ang Mo Kio facility. You will assist scientists, prepare samples, perform tests, and maintain laboratory equipment and chemical inventories.

The role is permanent, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri, 8.00am-5.00pm). Basic salary up to SGD 3,500 plus AWS and a variable bonus, with a structured safety culture and opportunities to contribute to product development.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in coatings, paints, or adhesives is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with chemical handling and raw material management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Adhesive R&D Scientists in developing, testing, and scaling up new adhesive products.
• Prepare samples for research, development, and testing purposes.
• Conduct product performance tests, record results, and prepare testing reports.
• Operate, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
• Manage chemical storage, inventory, laboratory supplies, and consumables.
• Collect, organise, and analyse experimental data using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Prepare formal technical reports, including relevant charts, tables, and findings.
• Maintain accurate records of chemicals, samples, evaluation results, and customer testing feedback.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Perform other hands-on laboratory duties as assigned.
