JE Human Resources Pte. Ltd. is recruiting a QA/Lab Technician for our client in Jurong East, Singapore. The role involves testing product batches to ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards, and maintaining COAs from suppliers.

The position requires performing standard tests on production batches, acting as a technical resource to production, and documenting results in SAP. AWS plus a 2–4 month variable bonus, 14 days annual leave, and flexi benefits are provided.

Formación

• Tests product batches and ensures compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintains Certificates of Analysis (COA) for incoming raw materials.
• Acts as a technical resource to production addressing issues related to production batches.

Responsabilidades

• Performs standard tests on assigned product line production batches and some incoming raw materials, ensuring meeting customer specifications.
• Recommends and may develop adjustments to batches to meet specifications.
• Records test results in SAP and maintains reference files.
• Completes and maintains all required paperwork and documents.
• Ensures gauges and test equipment are verified.
• Participates in investigations of complaints and corrective actions as needed.
• Follows safety rules and maintains housekeeping standards.
• Completes and sends documentation to customers (COA).
