Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore is seeking an experienced R&D Hardware Design Engineer to help build the next generation of networking hardware. You will design high-speed digital circuits, select components, and bring boards up to production.

The role requires 4–6 years of hardware design experience, strong signal integrity, and proficiency with Cadence tools. You will collaborate with global teams to deliver manufacturable, quality designs and contribute to ongoing innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of hands-on hardware design experience in complex electronic systems.
• Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design; experience with signal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced hardware platforms, from component selection and schematic design through board bring-up, debugging, and validation.
• Work hands-on with complex, high-speed digital designs that push performance and reliability boundaries.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to integrate hardware deliverables and drive products from concept into production.
• Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning to ensure robust, manufacturable designs.
• Execute empirical testing and root‑cause analysis on new and evolving hardware to meet stringent quality and performance goals.
