Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore is seeking a Senior R&D Hardware Design Engineer to lead high‑speed digital and analog circuit design for next‑generation networking platforms. You will own complex hardware designs, bring them from concept to production, and mentor junior engineers.

You will partner with cross‑functional teams across sites to influence architecture and ensure signal integrity and reliability in globally deployed systems.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in complex hardware design.
• Experience with integrated circuits and high‑performance electronic platforms.
• Deep expertise in digital and analog circuit design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, including mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex hardware designs from schematic capture to validation and bring‑up.
• Drive high‑speed digital design decisions and system‑level trade‑offs.
• Collaborate with layout, validation, manufacturing, and firmware teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive best practices in design methodologies.
