Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise’s HPE Aruba Networking division in Singapore is seeking an experienced R&D Hardware Design Engineer to advance high-speed networking platforms. You will design, validate, and bring up complex hardware from schematic to production, collaborating with global teams to deliver robust products.

The role requires 4–6 years in hardware design, strong digital/analog expertise, and Cadence tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in hardware design for complex electronic systems.
• Strong digital and analog circuit design foundation and signal integrity knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced hardware platforms from schematic design to board bring-up and validation.
• Work hands-on with high-speed digital designs to push performance and reliability boundaries.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to integrate hardware deliverables and drive products from concept to production.
• Perform feasibility studies, design margin analysis, and validation planning for robust, manufacturable designs.
• Conduct empirical testing and root-cause analysis on new hardware to meet stringent quality goals.
