• Strong practical and hands-on problem solving
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word)
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• High attention to detail, precision, and neatness
• Ability to lift tooling/equipment components and work comfortably in cleanroom or workshop environments

Aufgaben

• Assemble, set up, and align extrusion tooling and downstream equipment.
• Assist engineers in process trials, engineering runs, and DOE.
• Collect trial samples and log measurements with handheld metrology tools.
• Operate, maintain, and manage rapid prototyping equipment in the R&D workshop.
• Maintain 5S standards, cleanliness, and safety in the R&D workshop and cleanroom environments
