Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore (Tuas) invites applications for a senior role focusing on waste treatment and chemical processes.

The job centers on developing, optimizing and scaling treatment and handling processes for various waste streams, with emphasis on sustainability and value creation. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify opportunities, support pilot trials, implement new technologies, and ensure compliance, safety and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in specialty chemical manufacturing/ applications, oil & gas or water treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and optimise treatment and handling processes for existing, new and unknown waste streams.
• Design and implement resource recovery processes to improve sustainability and value creation.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to identify treatment and recovery opportunities and support pilot trials.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes, including collaboration with external research and technology partners.
• Develop and improve laboratory capabilities, analytical methods and process development activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and alternative treatment methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and internal documentation requirements.
• Support the evaluation and development of handling procedures for high-risk and high-value waste streams.
• Support new business opportunities, new projects and facility planning where required.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and introduce relevant technologies and innovations.
