RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD.

in Singapore (Tuas region) seeks an experienced waste treatment professional to develop and optimise handling processes for diverse waste streams and to lead process improvement and technology evaluation initiatives. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify opportunities, support pilot trials and drive operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in specialty chemical manufacturing/ applications, oil & gas or water treatment.

Aufgaben

• Develop, evaluate and optimise treatment and handling processes for waste streams.
• Design and implement resource recovery processes to improve sustainability and value creation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations to identify treatment opportunities and support pilot trials.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes in partnership with external research/tech partners.
• Develop and improve laboratory capabilities, analytical methods and process development activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and alternative treatment methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and internal documentation requirements.
• Support evaluation and development of handling procedures for high-risk and high-value waste streams.
• Support new business opportunities, new projects and facility planning as needed.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and introduce relevant technologies and innovations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement resource recovery processes to improve sustainability and value creation.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to identify treatment and recovery opportunities and support pilot trials.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies and processes, including collaboration with external research and technology partners.
• Develop and improve laboratory capabilities, analytical methods and process development activities.
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimisation and alternative treatment methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental and internal documentation requirements.
• Support the evaluation and development of handling procedures for high-risk and high-value waste streams.
• Support new business opportunities, new projects and facility planning where required.
• Keep abreast of industry developments and introduce relevant technologies and innovations.
