Responsibilities

• Lead or support full new product development lifecycles from concept to verification and manufacturing transfer.
• Support continuous improvements, cost-down projects, and sustaining activities.
• Lead or actively participate in R&D projects as technical lead for cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers and assist in lab management.
• Execute all required technical documentation works.
• Participate and contribute to cross-functional team activities.
