The role focuses on strengthening the high performing team and accelerating IVD/MedTech innovation. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in product development for IVD/MedTech.
• Minimum 3 years of regulated MedTech project management.
• Degree in engineering field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Consumables Innovation Director in driving IVD and MedTech development programmes.
• Lead cross-functional product development from concept through manufacturing.
• Review product designs, engineering analyses, risk assessments, DFM, and manufacturability.
• Drive technical problem-solving, design reviews, and CAPA initiatives to improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage milestones, schedules, deliverables, and regulatory submissions.
• Oversee manufacturing readiness, process validation, and supplier qualification for new products.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers for programme execution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers.
