MAKINO ASIA PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an R&D Electrical Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge machine tool products and automation systems. You will design, validate, and document electrical solutions for CNC milling equipment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronics, experience in electrical circuit and control design, familiarity with EPLAN/SolidWorks/E3/AutoCAD, and PLC basics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Solid knowledge of electrical design principles.
• Familiarity with EPLAN, SolidWorks, E3 and AutoCAD.
• 2–5 years of industrial experience in electrical circuit and control design.
• Basic understanding of PLC programming.

Responsabilités

• Proactively develop and validate new electrical engineering designs.
• Contribute to enhancing the electrical design of various products.
• Assist in electrical designs under the guidance of R&D Senior Engineers.
• Study electrical customization requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Prepare electrical drawings, BOMs, ECNs and reports.
• Work toward R&D development goals aligned with business needs.
• Provide engineering support to manufacturing, service, sales, and applications.
• Contribute to improving technical core competency through learning and problem-solving.
