Job summary

Shopee Singapore Private Limited is seeking a proactive FP&A professional to own R&D cost management across Opex, Capex, and headcount. You will deliver executive-level reports, provide insightful cost analyses, and support budgeting cycles for the business.

You'll partner with engineering, finance, and product teams to ensure data accuracy and drive efficiency in cost allocation. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sense of complex data.
• Good communication and stakeholder management across teams.
• Self-driven, adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the management and monitoring of R&D costs across Opex, Capex, and Headcount.
• Deliver management reports and analysis to executives to support decisions.
• Perform cost allocation and in-depth analysis reflecting resource usage.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate data and enable business changes.
• Champion continuous improvement of reporting and cost management processes.
