Aston Air Control Pte Ltd is seeking a Contracts/ Tender Specialist to evaluate tenders, prepare and submit contract documents, and study specifications for ACMV projects in Singapore. You will manage progress claims, valuations, and cash flow projections while ensuring timely final accounts.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of pre- and post-contract experience, strong negotiation and coordination skills, and the ability to collaborate with all levels of staff to meet tight deadlines.

Qualificações

• Diploma/ Degree in M&E or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of working experience in both pre & post contracts.
• Well-versed in tendering process especially in local construction/ ACMV industry.
• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
• Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.
