Job summary

Lico Resources, a Singapore-based construction group, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost, tender pricing, subcontractor Quotations and monthly budgets across residential, institutional and industrial projects.

You will take off quantities, price tenders, evaluate subcontractor quotes, prepare procurement documents and monitor budgets and payments with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building or Quantity Surveying required.
• At least 2 years of construction industry experience.
• Ability to write reports and presentations; good negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CCS PO/WO module.

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities and price tenders and quotations.
• Carry out general contracts administration duties.
• Evaluate and compare subcontractors' quotations.
• Prepare subcontracting and purchase documents.
• Prepare and monitor the project budget.
• Prepare and monitor progress claims and subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and update claims, costing, budget and payment receipts monthly.
