Job summary

CandidateAsia Group Pte Ltd is seeking professionals to handle quantity take-offs for tenders and projects, evaluate tenders, and prepare tender quotations. The role includes taking off measurements for monthly progress claims and sourcing suppliers and subcontractors for tender quotations.

You will also evaluate and certify progress payments to subcontractors and manage project documentation, including interim reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in quantity take-off for tenders/projects.
• Familiarity with tender evaluation and tender quotation preparation.
• Ability to source suppliers and sub-contractors for tender quotations.
• Experience with progress claims and sub-contractor certificates.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quantity take-off for tenders and/or projects.
• Familiar with evaluation of tenders, preparation of tender quotation.
• Responsible for taking off measurement and monthly progress claim.
• Ability to source for suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation for tendering.
• Evaluation and certificate of sub-contractors progress payments.
• Project administration and documentation including preparation of interim
• Review and advise impact for variation of project specification.
