Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a cost-estimation professional for tender and construction projects. You will prepare cost estimates, quantity take-offs, BOMs, sourcing for suppliers and quotations, and prepare progress and variation claims.

The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Building/Structural Engineering or Quantity Surveying, at least 2 years’ experience in construction, and experience with aluminum windows, metal wall claddings and glass curtain walls, plus MS Office

• Min. 2 years’ relevant experience in construction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimation, quantity take-off and BOM for tender & construction.
• Source for supplier & quotation and verify claims.
• Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
