Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building/Structural Eng or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant construction industry experience.
• Experience with aluminum windows/doors, metal wall claddings and glass curtain walls.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents and contracts.
• Participate in pre-tender activities with client, architect and project managers; raise pre-bid queries.
• Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors for best prices and terms.
• Perform cost estimation, quantity take-off, BOM for tender and construction; sourcing for suppliers & quotes; verify claims; prepare progress & variation claims.
• Coordinate with other departments and subcontractors.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
