Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to own commercial aspects of corporate and office fit-out projects.

You will prepare tender submissions, bills of quantities and cost estimates, evaluate subcontractor quotations, and monitor budgets across the project lifecycle. With at least 2 years of QS experience and a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, you will contribute to final accounts, variation orders and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant QS experience.
• Familiarity with tendering, cost control and contract administration.
• Commercial project or office fit-out experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, Bills of Quantities (BQ) and cost estimates.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support procurement activities.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow and cost performance.
• Manage progress claims, variation orders and final accounts.
• Conduct site measurements and verify completed works.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
• Support and guide junior QS team members where required.
