Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE LTD is assisting an established building main contractor in Singapore to hire a Quantity Surveyor to support tendering and project commercial activities.

You will perform quantity take-offs, compare quotations, prepare tender costing summaries, draft subcontract documents, and assist with cash-flow reports and cost control, reporting to the Project Manager. The role offers a five-day work week, 8:30am–6pm, with a basic salary of S$3,000–S$4,500 per month plus AWS and VB.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying with some relevant experience.
• Diploma holders with relevant quantity surveying experience may be considered.
• Candidates with limited relevant experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quantity take-offs for tender submissions.
• Obtain and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare tender costing summaries for review and approval.
• Prepare subcontract documents, procurement schedules and subcontract schedules.
• Assist the Project Manager with subcontractor negotiation and award.
• Prepare progress payment claims and supporting documents for variation orders.
• Prepare project cash-flow statements, cost reports and monthly summaries.
• Maintain contractual records and coordinate with project teams on documentation and submissions.
