Job summary

MEZTEC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Architectural) to manage tenders, cost estimation and project accounting. You will prepare bills of quantities, monitor budgets, and ensure contractual compliance across ongoing projects.

Responsibilities include take-off quantity, preparing tender and contract documents, variations, final accounts, and attending site meetings when required. Strong bilingual English/Chinese communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in local construction industry.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with people at all levels.
• Preferred to be bilingual in English and Chinese for Mandarin-speaking associates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, handle progress claims, variation orders and finalize project accounts.
• Administration of tenders - prepare Quotation, tender and contract documents including Bill of Quantities, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting.
• Final Account Preparations.
• Take-off quantity and prepare bill of quantity, cost estimation for tender and ongoing projects.
• Monitor project delivery to ensure materials meet contractual terms and conditions.
• Update and track drawings to ensure timely information.
• Maintain proper and complete set of contract documents.
• Contract administration including valuations of variations.
• Attend site meetings as required and assist supervisors in letter/report writing.
• Other adhoc duties assigned by Manager.
