Job summary

A multinational client in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning) to join its established team. You will perform quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and evaluate quotations in support of tender activities.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying and 1–3 years’ experience with strong MS Office skills; CostX/Glodon is advantageous. The role is based at City Hall, Singapore, with standard 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying required.
• 1–3 years of experience in main building tenders.
• Ability to read specifications and drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office; CostX/Glodon is an advantage.
• Meticulous, independent, good communication, team player.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations with cost analysis.
• Identify and raise tender queries/design discrepancies for clarification.
• Manage tender correspondences, addendums, and updates to tender documents.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (Cost Planning):

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates.
• Source and evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations, including price comparison and cost analysis.
• Identify and raise tender queries/design discrepancies for clarification.
• Manage tender correspondences, addendums, and updates to tender documents.
• Assist in compiling tender submissions, including qualifications and supporting documents.
• Carry out other quantity surveying duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• 1-3 years of experience in main building tenders.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 +VB (1-2 Months)
• Working Location:City Hall
• Working Hours:5 Days Work, 9am - 6pm
