Job summary

TRANSGLOBE INTERIOR PTE. LTD. in Singapore invites a junior Quantity Surveyor to support cost planning and control for interior fit-out projects.

You will assist in preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents, while coordinating with suppliers and project teams to ensure timely progress and proper documentation. Fresh graduates are welcome; this role offers exposure to cost management practices and the use of Excel and measurement tools in a collaborative workspace.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in quantity surveying, building, construction management, or related field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and interior fit-out works.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and measurement tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
