Job summary

SHUN YI CHENG CONTRACT ENGINEERING PTE LTD seeks a capable professional to assist in establishing client requirements and perform feasibility studies to ensure proposals will work. Qualifications

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience in construction
• Min Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering or relevant qualifications
• Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous
• Sound knowledge of construction
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize, plan and strategize
• Traveling from the office to various sites as required

Responsibilities

• Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
