Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Tendering Executive for ACMV/HVAC projects in Jurong West. You will prepare tender submissions, cost plans and reports, and develop Bills of Quantities to support bids and project execution.

You will coordinate with clients and subcontractors, monitor budgets, and ensure timely compliance with project timelines. The role offers a 5-day week and a basic salary up to SGD 4,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering for ACMV/HVAC projects.
• Knowledge of Bills of Quantities and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submissions, cost plans and cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities from project specs.
• Monitor project expenditures to align with budgets.
• Review tender drawings to identify discrepancies.
• Source and evaluate subcontractors to meet project needs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors for project execution.
• Ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and timelines.
• Prepare monthly progress claims.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare tender submissions, cost plans, and cost reports; manage contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on project specifications and requirements.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Review tender drawings to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Source and evaluate suitable subcontractors to meet project needs.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and timelines.
• Prepare monthly progress claims.
