RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a construction and civil engineering firm based in Singapore.

The role is located in Geylang with a typical 5-day work week and a salary of SGD 5,000 plus bonus, commensurate with experience. You will support the Contracts Director/Manager and planning engineers through the full sub-contract project cycle, including progress claims, variation orders, final accounts, and related ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field is required.
• Experience with Singapore public and private contracts is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support Contracts Director/Contracts Manager and planning engineers during sub-contract projects.
• Submit progress claims, quotations and variation orders.
• Monitor project progress and measure/valuate variations during the sub-contract period.
• Prepare and finalize project final accounts.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by management.

Education

Diploma in Projects & Facilities Management or Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
