Job summary

MD PROJECTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Executive) to manage cost estimates, budgets, and Bills of Quantities for various projects in Singapore.

The role involves sourcing quotations, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and certifying claims and progress payments. You will prepare project cost reports, monitor expenditures, and handle variation orders, final accounts, and contract administration, working closely with project managers to keep projects on budget and

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction cost management is preferred.
• Knowledge of standard forms of construction contracts.
