Oneness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for ACMV/Electrical projects. You will perform detailed quantity take-offs and coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost control and financial performance.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in quantity surveying, proficiency with AutoCAD and CostX, and strong negotiation skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably ACMV/Electrical.
• Strong knowledge of construction cost management, estimation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software such as AutoCAD, CostX.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects.
