GREENDOT CREATIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and tender activities across civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years of QS experience. Proficiency in MS Office, contract administration, and familiarity with AutoCAD (2D/3D) or SketchUp is a plus.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Proficiency in MS Office and contract administration.
Knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SketchUp is a plus.
Independent, yet a strong team player.

Responsibilities

Take charge of material take-off, cost estimation, and budgeting for civil, electrical, mechanical, and landscaping projects.
Play a key role in tender preparation and submission.
Handle progress payment claims and manage contractual matters.
Coordinate and prepare correspondence with stakeholders, authorities, and relevant parties.
Support the team with ad hoc duties as required.
