The role demands at least 2 years of QS experience, strong ownership, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. On-site work hours are Monday to Friday, with additional Saturday mornings as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS).

Responsibilities

• Allocate work to contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow processes.
• Communicate with management, contractors, and subcontractors on cost estimate adjustments.
• Conduct negotiations during project execution to resolve issues efficiently.
• Control project scope to meet objectives and enhance overall deliverables.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies to maximize project value.
• Monitor project costs in accordance with building contract law.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Prepare tender and contract documents following building and construction regulations.
• Perform cost analysis to enhance overall project value.
• Provide professional advice on contractual claims and scope management.
