Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning, contract administration, and budget control across project lifecycles. You will prepare RFQs, coordinate with vendors, and ensure scope compliance with specifications.

The role requires a recognized degree in Quantity Surveying/Building and hands-on experience in quantity surveying and contract administration, with strong attention to detail and time management.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree (by BCA) in Quantity Surveying/Building.
• Experience in quantity surveying and contracts administration.
• Strong knowledge of quantity surveying practices and contract administration.
• Good time management, strong attention to detail, and a positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare RFQs, request and collect quotations for materials and services, and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors as needed.
• Conduct cost planning, estimation, and quantity take-offs; compile and evaluate quotation price comparisons and costing summaries.
• Manage commercial claims, variation orders, and overall budget/cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure scope completeness and full compliance with specifications, and support settlement preparation for final accounts.
• Carry out contracts administration and related duties in accordance with project requirements and assigned tasks.
