Job summary

ENGIE RCS PTE. LTD. is seeking a CSA Quantity Surveyor for a 2-year contract to manage costs on Design & Build Data Centre projects in Singapore. You will prepare budgets, monitor costs, and provide cost advice throughout design development and construction phases.

The role requires a Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field and at least 3 years of CSA or construction project experience. 5.5 days/week schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years experience in CSA quantity surveying or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction costs, pricing and bid/tender documents.
• Ability to review drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Cost management, procurement support and contract administration for Design & Build Data Centre projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for CSA works at various project stages.
• Monitor project costs, track variations, and support value engineering initiatives.
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking for civil, structural, and architectural elements.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations and provide recommendations.
• Prepare and review tender documents, BOQs, and cost breakdowns for CSA packages.
• Assist in the administration of subcontracts and main contracts for CSA scope.
• Assess and certify progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
• Review subcontractor progress claims and prepare payment recommendations.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and consultants on CSA matters.
• Provide cost advice during design development and construction phases.
