Job summary

Allnamics International in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage monthly progress claims, prepare tender submissions and cost estimates for multiple construction projects.

You will review tender requirements, conduct quantity take-offs and liaise with clients and subcontractors on commercial matters. The role requires independent work and tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in construction progress claims and tender submissions.
• Good knowledge of construction contracts, costing and quantity measurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
• Good communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
